Green Olives 500 (gm)

Green olives are usually oval or elongated in shape, and can range in color from light to dark green, or even have a red blush. They can be between 2–4 centimeters long. 

Green olives have a salty, tangy flavor with a hint of tartness and pepper. They also have a grassy, bitter taste that can linger on the tongue for a while. 

Green olives have a firm flesh that’s attached to a light brown seed in the center. 

Green olives are high in antioxidants, healthy fats, vitamins A and E, and minerals like calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium, sodium, and phosphorous. They’re also low in total fat. 

Green olives are usually pitted, but can also be stuffed with a variety of ingredients like pimentos, cheese, jalapenos, capers, onions, anchovies, or nuts. They can be eaten as a snack, used in dishes, or used as a decoration.
