Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Perishable goods (including dry fruits, food items, and edible products)
  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling
  • Products without original packaging or missing components

Refund Policy

Once your returned product is received and inspected by our team:

  • You will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued via:
    • Bank transfer
    • Mobile wallet (EasyPaisa / JazzCash)

Please ensure that you provide accurate payment details to avoid delays.


Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Request is made within 48 hours of delivery

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement with the same product (subject to availability).


Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For customers using Cash on Delivery (COD) in Pakistan:

  • Refunds are not processed instantly at the time of return pickup.
  • Returned products must first pass our inspection and verification process.
  • After approval, refunds will be transferred to your provided bank account or mobile wallet.

Return Shipping Policy

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.
  • In case of damaged or wrong products, Al Hafiz Products will bear the return shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch without any charges.
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible; however, you may request a return after delivery (if eligible).

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the specified time:

  2. Contact your bank/payment provider.
